Hello! I'm Lauralee Bliss, author of contemporary and historical inspirational fiction. My writing career began as a teenager when I enjoyed crafting adventure stories for teachers and myself. I wrote little in the realm of fiction during my college years as I concentrated on obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in nursing. After college, I practiced nursing for four years until I married and had my son. The door for me to write professionally opened in 1995 when I wrote an allegory based on the book of Esther. Since then I've had over fourteen books published. My hope is that you, the reader, will walk away not only with an entertaining story, but also values that minister to the heart. I completed hiking the entire Appalachian Trail in 2007, all 2,175 miles. Check out my hiking blog for all the information on this exciting adventure.
